PHASE 2 - LOADING DAYS
There is some uncertainty as to whether or not the 'load days' are necessary with homeopathic hCG. Oni has tried it both ways and didn't see a big difference in hunger that first week. We believe that the appetite suppressants and other diet support tools that are in our hCG Formula put you at an advantage so that you can skip the load days & start off losing right away! Please let us know about your experience...we're interested to hear what works for you.


If you decide to go ahead with the load days, here are a few thoughts:
In Dr. Simeons' protocol, the purpose of loading is to build up your normal fat stores so that your body can burn that fat for fuel while the hCG is building up in your system. Once the hCG has built up enough, you'll be burning stored fat. In order to build up the normal fat stores enough, you'll need to eat large amounts of high-fat foods for the first two days of the diet (while taking hCG). The idea is for you to eat as much high-fat food as you CAN eat. This part of the diet is uncomfortable. 


Focus on high fat, avoid sugar. This would include food such as nuts or nut butters, avocado, cream, cheese, high-fat meats, olive/grapeseed/coconut oil. Meals like loaded nachos (or many other Mexican meals), steak dinners, bacon & eggs, etc. would be the way to go.


If you do load, here are some suggestions for what you might eat on a loading day:
  • Breakfast     eggs, bacon/sausage, hash browns & chocolate milk 
  • Snack           Greek yogurt with protein
  • Lunch           hamburger w/cheese (skip the bun), mashed potatoes 
  • Snack           guacamole & chips, glass of wine
  • Snack           bread dipped in olive oil or with peanut butter & jelly
  • Dinner         18-oz steak, baked potato, beer
  • Snack           loaded nachos, chocolate milk
  • Snack           handful of almonds, sliced cheese
